Many years ago I tried to enlist but was not allowed to. My family has a long history of service including a great uncle who was a general, my father a pilot in WWII and Korea, and an uncle who was a colonel and served in Vietnam. My son is in the army now.

onebgg, i think it covers a lot in this message. i have a son , if it came down to go and fight , i would prefer me to go than him. i have seen a good life and that's how i want my son see it too.
