I showed today’s AP article on MON to an investment advisor I work with. His comment was: “Crying in spilled milk in an effort to sell newspapers.” This strikes me as an apt summation.

I think you are underestimating Monsanto's antitrust problems. It's not just about IP, it's about abusive behavior. It's probably a mistake to overlook Dr. Harl's comments. From my experience, he knows his stuff.
