I am not in WMAUQ any longer. I am antiicipating it to drift a little lower. My price target of entry is around .05......

There will be some lawsuits on WAMUQ before it is all said and done......They got the shaft....JMO

Dude, Dude, Dude! What was I just saying yesterday? I was expecting more money to hit the books soon in CCTYQs favor!

Well, I see CCTYQ is suing one its vendors for well over $19 million......WOW! WOW! WOW!

BKs are wild. I don't know if you knew this or not, but in some instances, when companies files BK, a Vendor or a company that offers some type of services prior to the BK can be required to return that money back to the company that filed BK.

It is called Preferences in a BK...

Preference: A transfer to a creditor in payment of an existing debt made within certain time periods before the commencement of the case. Preferences may be recovered by the trustee for the benefit of all creditors of the estate.


This is fricken huge! How many more of these creditors/vendors are the trustee going to go after 90 days prior to the Bankrutpcy?

This one is for $19 million! Wow! Wow! Wow!
