Couldnt agree more sl62. Now with CE off (thanks DF for giving me your promise), the bigger news will generate higher volume from brokers outside of those who allow buys on CE affiliated stocks. This will climb without a doubt. With CE off the top priority; BEHLs focus is now moving into Santa Ana HQ and firing up those PBRs....
Again, I have a feeling RWE may re-think their strategy of teaming with BEHL to go public. And by teaming, I mean merging. Call it for what its worth...JMHO
