Agreed. I expect a gap up when the news is released; I'm sticking with my over-borrowing assumption by the MM's.

The CEO has been trading on the pinks for YEARS and has been trying hard to become a profitable company. He seeks out quite extraordinary aquisitions (IMO) by capitalizing on products that would cater to a particular niche market, thereby securing a portion of market share in its respective industry; ie. MODUS healthcare pre-fab hospitals, SUGR. And now medical mary jane; fits his investment style perfectly.

Never once has he reverse split this stock (to my understanding). He has been responsible with dillution over the years by maintaining a low burn rate (evident by last repored share structure). He has catered to the shareholders more than any CEO I have seen yet; he keeps us updated via email, telephone, etc.

If he had intentions on running a scam, why not do it back in 2006 or 2007 during the other two deals that unfortunately fell through. He stuck around didn't he? People still invest in his company don't they? Why would he ruin this opportunity now, its a chance of a life time and I am pretty sure he knows this. I'm gonna ride it out and see what happens in the ensuing months to come. I may be a bagholder for a while if everyone freaks out and dumps though! But, if it pans out, they will ALL be back I'm sure.
