I'm not sure, but someone a while back said the announcements about the newly aquired companies were really adds.

Credits with an ad company to buy ads.

"Hawkins provided a contract for another transaction that he said brought Petro America $68 million worth of media credits.

The credits are with American Marketing Complex Inc. and allow Petro America to buy advertising with the credits, which he plans to use to publicize the company. It paid for the credits by giving American Marketing 34 million shares of Petro America."
