are Ttrades only shown after close, or can they occur anytime after the transaction took place? could the 90 mm blocks be that?

Reason its not a buy back: Where would he get the money to buy the stock back? If he landed VC funding then it would be in a PR like all the other companies out there that get VC. That kind of PR raises PPS. Tom does want the PPS to raise up, after all it makes him more money and if he's legit, the ability to do business in more states and store fronts.
