Moreover, the fdic created their own mess, all they had to do is get fair liquidated value and they didn't. Let them stand in line with the other creditors in the estate
I don't believe the judge will let them reargue anything that was already argued in the summary judgment. Again this is like a husband asking the judge to turnover the house to him, before it has even been decided how to split the marital property. I would be pissed with this motion if I were Walrath.
