exactly. I finished reading Against All Enemies recently, and if anyone has any doubt the Bush took the eye off the ball both prior to 911 and then after 911, they should read it. Just look at how many people resigned from the terrorism spot in the White House in frustration in the time following 911. Bush was obsessed with invading Iraq and let Osama get away. It's rather fitting he's raised his ugly head recently in that video to remind us all.
