In my opinion, the filing of the permit in Berlin is not a big deal as far as pps is concerned. Rather, groundbreaking and then the start of generation will move the pps. We know that everything is moving in the direction of a filing: the connectivity study, the agreement with PSNH, etc.

If I had my druthers, I'd have a PR about one or both of the Massachusetts projects, especially something about the start of revenues. Imagine what a revenue stream would do for the share price, if it were just enough to put an end to dilution.

I would say not wanting to be misunderstood or misinterpretted in any way. Just "touching base" to share some excitement but being cautious as well.
