.0001is infinite shorter's nivanna...the least tradable value for a short close out vs. market value of a companies shares. At this point, the shorted shares are even tax free if my year or so since we visted the subject matter, maybe two years, ol' Calpine, CPN and it's toxic convertibles frist drew our attention and CPN's proclivity for attracting short positions. More we looked, more came to light...naked shorting appeared in the next stage of discussions. If MENU is theoretically trading at .0001, and stockholders tendered SPRU for MENU shares, SPRU respondents would hold IMO, worthless shares of MENU, SPRU would not longer exist, Sam would be back working working the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift at the local convenience store and his famous cell phone number would now be answeredby someone in a laundramat,that used to be in business, but now the building is for sale!
