PegnNJ... so you propose we return to a reactive policy and sit and wait for the enemy to kill inocent civilians, many women and children, before we do anything about it? Not to mention the billions of dollars in damage to our country and the economic kaos it would creat. I doubt there are too many other countries that would come to our aid either. I really don't understand why you would want that.
