In other words, YA can convert everything they possible can... This keeps the PPS at around .012 ..... They accumulate billions of OS shares .... They accumulate 54% ownership of the company .... They can SELL their 54% of the company to a MSFT or such .... And ONLY their 54% (shares) at say .40 per share .... They make a filthy profit ... And literally us common folk see nothing but .... The PPS staying at .012 with our original shares we own.

And if that actually tranpires, then what happens after ALL of that?
Would the PPS finally start rising?
Or do we do everything in OUR POWER to prevent YA and Neomedia management from orchestrating YAs 54% accumulation?
YJ: true, true. In any case, I strongly believe no big player will buy or invest in Neom and allow YA to stay on except as perhaps a minor common shareholder.
