I am aware of the suit and all details that are public. I do my own DD. I dont work for the SEC or FINRA....stop venting here and on Yahoo....send your blurb to the regulatory agencies......

Venting here will gain you nothing...while discussion and DD are very informative and may lead to insight when it comes to complaints, you are typically wasting your time. Once again, send it to FINRA....FINRA....FINRA.....
Everyone does not like YA...got it....now move on and do something about it instead of endless ranting....
