why not just use an IPO price of $10.00 per share, a guess is a guess so why not make it real big?

I am getting the feeling, based on the way EXPH has been trading since the drop, that we are in for a nice spike when it comes time for the ETC ex-date. Just waiting for the official date announcement.

hey taki is ther a date for ownership on the etc spin off?
it is 1 for 10? Im new here and havent bought in yet, what is the chances of the share structure getting raised to 1.5 or 2 bil? thanks
