Cmon Joe, give 'em a break. At least they had 450k revenues for the first 9 months of '09! That balances things pretty well in my mind :-o

Agreed. They will need somewhere between $300 - 500 million from a PIPE and possibly a subsequent Shanghai IPO to follow their plans. Tobin Smith made the case why this should still represent excellent value.

This is not for the faint or heart, nor for those looking at nothing but the rear view mirror. Without a decent PIPE the company can be expected to fail.

And still, I like it a lot.
