YA sells NEOM shares continuously that they have converted at a reduced rate. In effect killing NEOM sp.
Why should YA be able to step in front of shareholders and convert large amounts of shares at .01 before selling all to 'whoever'?
We don't know as shareholders that a new partnership (10%-55%)will be beneficial to us. Although IMO It would be.
Maybe now is a good time for YA to part ways with NEOM. A good time for NEOM was always, lol. I know it won't be cheap or easy, and there is more then one way to skin a cat. Hopefully there is a little left over for rickyshareholder, if anything like that were to occur.
I don't expect anything specific short term.
