The question is: What would a 'major' pay to acquire YA's potential 54.5% position? That in turn would give us an indication of the value of our 55.5% ownership position. YJ. P.S. I believe YA is getting close to a decision point on what to do with their investment in NEOM. JMO.

Also, if they convert All available shares, and they come up with 54% ownership of Neomedia, then what do you anticipate happening?

I'd believe that they'd want to see the PPS skyrocket at that point.
