If penny players also play the bigger stock market, they could have gains in big stocks that they want to offset by selling their penny poopers. The selloff last week was not tax loss selling, but just disappointment at guidance for 2010. I think TAKI made a good point though about anyone who sold last week after the meeting could miss out of the ETC dividend, if they plan on rebuying after 30 days. Who knows what January will bring to EXPH? There is no way to predict pennystock movements.
