JP, there is no BOD
at least nothing that is representative of shareholders...
it's been this way for TOO long.
that's how chaz and martin et al along with GO and others were able to circumvent all of us and sign the deal with the 'devil'... while financing was paramount, promising your first borns' first born was irresponsible and obviously lucrative to those who were the signers and those who were the signees.
any respectable BOD would have stepped up if not in, and challenged this hooey.
because the board was more representative of cornell, this sadly would never happen.
ergo- need for SHM.
let's finally have a voice in IM's ear that is not ONLY YA...
again, sadly, this ain't going to happen- maybe even in our shareholders lifetime.
