Why didn't GWB take 911 more seriously and go after OBL with the intensity ($$$/manpower) he used to pre-invade Iraq? Of course, Iraq does have the world's 3rd largest supply of oil.

it doesn't look like there will be any holds or limits for the research. i wonder who they may chose to do it with. we are on bad terms with them , so think we can count out the u.s.a. reseacher stuff.
