Just of note Microsoft has A/S of 20 billion and yet O/S of 5 billion!!

I never saw or herd that from them.Read the 8k it says it all and the president has addressed the issue so its moot.

I think what he is saying from the email I got was that it does not matter if they reduce it or not because they are not issuing and new shares and want affect the sale price.

Bottom line read V email today.He made it crystal clear he will reduce it when he get darn good and ready not until then.I say per the 8k the Board Of Directors approved the reduction so he has to do what they approved at some point.

I can wait on that and the best sale price they can get.All I got is time.
