Welcome to ExoBox, where the good news drives the price down. Call the MM's, they control the price. All I know is that my long investment is soon to be short if we don't start hearing some good news out of Management 3.1 (I think we should add the point one for the return of Wirtless!).
The share price of Exobox was adjusted to the circumstances (returned shares) based on the announcement date less a discount based on the probability that the event would not occur (relatively small). Basically, this entire event (O&G purchase, return of shares, etc.) was priced into the stock as soon as the knowledge became public.
