As at June 2, 2008; the Company had an amount of 59,150,850,057 (Fifty nine billion one hundred and fifty million eight hundred and fiftythousand and fifty seven) shares of its Common Stock issued and outstanding. The Company repurchased an amount of 27,588,472,240 (Twenty seven billion five hundred and eighty eight million four hundred and seventy two thousand two hundred and forty) shares of its Common Stock in the period commencing June 3, 2008 and terminating on August 28, 2008. A full schedule of these shares of Common Stock repurchases is detailed in Exhibit A hereto.
The Company terminated its repurchases of its shares of Common Stock on August 28, 2008. On September 30, 2008 the Company had an amount of 31,562,377,817 (thirty one billion five hundred and sixty two million three hundred and seventy seven thousand eight hundred and seventeen) shares of its Common Stock issued and outstanding following the cancellation of the stock repurchased by the Company.
This was verified by the Transfer Agent to the Company at that date.
The Company has not issued any shares of its Common Stock subsequently.
