The "pps has been upticking"?

How do you figure the pps has been upticking?

"upticking" indicates more than one uptick.

As the pps hasn't been above .0001 but a handful of times intraday over the last year and hasn't closed at .0002 since I can remember, I believe you may be mistaken.
