well since i put that in the original
post back 2 months ago and again in
my repost .. i'm not sure why that
continues to be a surprise

again .. when i first put it out there
i was looking for any input from any
irp who had been compensated via a stock
cert from the requisite 3rd party

so we'll see what the nitwits at the SEC
officially release .. in due time
