king, I have talked with Mike, and based on that, Laidlaw has no plans of up listing in the near future (that press release you reference is a thing of the past). This is very much due to not wanting to report anything having to due with their capitalization, multiple LLC structure, and cash flow.

I have 10M free shares that I will ride to the end (left over from a peak of owning 70M), but the current situation is nothing like they forecasted two years ago. MBB refuses to answer even the most basic company inquiries.

This is becoming ridiculous.
