I would think any promoter in the penny world would verify the authenticity of any Cert with the TA. Eventually, in order to sell, the cert has to go to the TA anyway. The only possible way to have forged certs running around is if the TA is in on the scam. Forged Opinion Letters, however, abound.

LOL you can answer that question better then i can...especially on SPNG certs. I like to stick to the stock we are talking about and i never did a promo on SPNG.
did anyone ever give you forged certs of SPNG?
If not, then again IMO it seems to just be a RUMOR started by one person and posted here over and over until it sticks.
