I have never had a problem speaking to the company. Just call the company direct and ask to speak with Michael. I have spoken with him several times and on a couple of occasions he had the time to call me back. If that doesn't work drop him an email. Pretty simple solutions if you have any questions. JMHO

I just tried the number again and it said I have reached a number that has been disconnected. I'm calling from the USA. Anyone else having any problem reaching 1-866-360-9998?
