Trader, back when I was kid, we played soccer when it started getting too cold to play baseball and basketball outside. It was a great neighborhood game because you could have a lot of different age levels playing together at one time. The skill set was a lot more easily learned, so when the neighborhood got together it was soccer time. When the big kids played it was football or hockey time.
