ttattletell: You just have to love how financially astute this management team is. After all, according to some, it took the SEC to tell them they would need to re-audit previous 10Ks after Drakeford's problems with PCAOB became known MANY MONTHS beforehand. LOL!!!!
How long has Metter been working in the financial industry?. It's INCREDIBLE he would not know previous audits needed to be redone when the PCAOB busted Drakeford for shoddy work. Or, the most likely reality, their claim they didn't know until the SEC told them is just another lie in a long history of lies and deception. Any competant mangament team would have gone out and gotten a new auditor and started right away with the old audits, if they were confident of their accuracy. The SEC sure seems to think they're not accurate. ;-)
