That's an excellent read Sparce, thanks for sharing with the board.

I think it's positive that the author expects 210mm EBITDA this year and says that there will be equity for shareholders if that number is met. No mention of what an asset sale would do, so I must surmise that the author is saying we'll get equity out of this even without an asset sale.

C'mon Asset Sale! Make my year (or two)! :-)
