the MM book offers some insight. As of Friday, suddenly several offers went up and VFIN popped on with a .065 (a such offer that had not been seen maybe in a few months). And those offers all remain higher (a few .03's, the HDSN .049 was there from a week ago and then the .065 came in on Fri). Now, at the time I thought it was just an EOM thing, but that was before I knew about the filing DF posted ON FRIDAY. Then, as it is now confirmed that the CE is in process of being addressed, it all makes perfect sense. As does the recent consolidation. The fact that this was being worked on leaked out I would say a few weeks ago. Now the next step is reconciliation and we will see just how many shares NEED to buy to lock in profits. The MM book at least now is showing that some believe there should be quite a few.
