AMLJ 12/13/09 Update

AMLJ is a rapidly growing defense electronics company that IMO has good chances of becoming a multi-bagger. Here is why:

1. AMLJ recently posted fiscal Q2'10 (ending September 30th) diluted EPS of $0.05. Annualizing that number gives them a PE of 7 which is quite inexpensive.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43069456

2. AMLJ has announced $3.92M in large orders since July 7.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43128519
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44362465
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43066370

3. Their web site indicates that they recently started a second shift and are in the process of training a third shift. That implies to me that it is likely they will have sequential increases in EPS for several quarters.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44481978

4. The growth in large part is happening because their $30M UAV (Unmanned Aeriel Vehicles) contract with Raytheon has entered the production stage. The $30M in revenue is going to be delivered over the next 5 years. They have additional UAV programs that they are working on going forward which will drive additional growth. In fact, they received a pre-production order for $220K in October for one of the additional UAV programs.

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43066370

5. I estimate that fiscal Q3'10 (December) will have diluted EPS that exceeds the fiscal Q2'10 diluted EPS, fiscal Q3'10 diluted EPS will be $0.065-$0.070/share, and calendar year 2010 diluted EPS will be in the range of $0.30-$0.40. If I use the midpoint of my calendar year 2010 range they are trading at a forward PE of 4!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44365577

6. They have a pristine balance sheet and are building huge amounts of cash. As of the end of the Fiscal Q2'09 (September) they have $2.3M of cash. Book value is now in excess of $1.30/share.

7. Their Mica-Tech subsidiary provides a product for data acquisition and control of the electric power grid via satellite (Smart Grid). This division is currently running at essentially break even and provides potential for future growth as the division is in it's infancy.

8. AMLJ has a stock buyback in place.

REPR 2/14/10 update...

REPR = Sleeping giant IMO. 2010 going to be a breakout year IMO. They have built an arsenal to manufacture while still maintaining profitability and have stepped up their sales and marketing efforts big time. All costs are already absorbed so big profits await IMO.

All time record sales last quarter for their core product Freedom60.

Some tidbits from the last 10Q:

"We believe the Freedom60 continues to find a solid following in the subcutaneous immune globulin market and this market is expected to continue to increase both domestically and internationally. We continued to experience an increase in sales and cash during nine months ended November 30, 2009 and with these increases and the capital we currently have, we will continue to meet or exceed the company's financial needs for the next twelve months."

"In this quarter ending November 30, 2009 for the Freedom60 line we exhibited at the ECI conference on Immunology in Berlin in October and also at the Medica Trade show in Dusseldorf, Germany. We exhibited at the EMS Expo Trade show in Atlanta in October 2009 to support our RES-Q-VAC in the emergency market."

I think REPR will be getting .02/.03 quarters once their FDA approval is in and their production shifts are up to speed. +.08-.12 EPS annual pace, $1.00 - $2.00 target imo

AMLJ 2/14/10 update....

AMLJ - WHY IT WILL BE ANOTHER MULTI-BAGGER:

1. AMLJ just started (last two quarters) making money hand over fist while those earnings and growth are cheap vs. the market cap. Balance sheet is pristine with healthy margins and backlog.

2. AMLJ has a very sexy and highly credible story. They have major multi-year contracts with four multi-billion dollar NYSE companies -- Raytheon, Northrop Gruman, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing. (see more details below)

3. Several contracts are in negotiating stage and close to being closed and announced over the next several months. This should help bring awareness to this sexy undervalued story.

4. AMLJ has a share buyback program authorized of up to 1 million shares which is a huge chunk of it's small float.

AMLJ CONFERENCE CALL TIDBITS:
