SEMPRA payment terms are 60% upon shipment, 30% upon delivery at the smelter, and 10% balance once actual content is determined.

"The Cu Con is being paid for in this manner (as best I can recal but no doubt will be corrected) 75% is paid on LEAVING the mine, 10% on arrival at the smelter, and the final 5% on the issuance of the assay / content report from the smelter. So yes you did leave something out, there is cash flow, and all that would be on account so to speak would be a 5% balance due paid on demand on issuance of the report from the smelter."

Ah, I did forget about reading that in one of the PR's. I guess that it is so difficult to sort fact from fiction or to nail down any specifics from CM's good work that I just discount every thing that has been stated in the PR's. The strategy of disclosure leaves one to select from ASSUMPTION and SELECTIVE FACT. Which fact are you going to believe? I guess that I just struggle with knowing where the truth lies. I do wish that I was alone with this issue. I would for sure have more confidence then.

As for that 75% payment upon shipment, no doubt that is based on an estimate based upon mill assay. Comments have been made on this board in regards to CuCon consistency, which leaves that number questionable.

Not meaning to be difficult with the details here, but it does seem to be a little unusual for a company to pay another company for goods or services immediately as it leaves the gate. I realize it happens. I just wonder if this has been depicted accurately or if it was a vague generalization as are most details shared by Copper King Mining. Do we have one piece of evidence that cash is flowing into Copper King?

Regardless, some day, a long long time from now, we may be fortunate enough to be invested in a company that does disclose real information in an understandable straight forward format. Wouldn't that be something!
