ALSo if I recall the conversion ratio someone said was 7 to 1 so if infact they did convert all the preferred shares that would be 105 million shares not billions and billions like you claim

I called the TA to clear up the issue with preferred shares vs. common shares.

In order for preferred shares to trade, they must be converted to common, and at that time they are no longer considered preferred shares. Our preferred share structure is unchanged for as long as I've been calling the TA.

The preferred share structure is:

AS: 25MM
OS: 15MM
