Yep. I think they got a little guidance from the judges. lol Plus, I guess with the new bk rules, if they are indeed going to settle, they will need everything completed before the reorg plan has to be filed. I guess if the attorneys put all their energy and resources into it, they can do it. If not, I hope the judge rules on the SJ soon. That will add to their guidance. :)
