I love your optimism... "This is going to 2.00 next week!!" but the reality is, something is holding Judge W back from making a decision. Now that could be a settlement in the background or the fact she is not comfortable calling the shots at this time. I for one believe a settlement is being worked out. Timing is anyone's guess... Best to put your timetable out a few months and relax. We have some folks thinking settlement will happen within a week...some years, some thinking commons will be cancelled, some believing they won't because of Bonderman (TPG).
No one can pin the tail on conjecture...it's a moveable target.
