I tend to have a few doubts as well.

Seems like the market is not propping this up, the volume is that of which a few astute buyers could support.

Looking at the filings, the facts are plain as day, looking at the speculation on this board the view get's to be quite obscured.

Bringing up the post transaction Outstanding sharecount of over 414 million does not seem to be very well accepted, yet it is a reality written in stone, and coming soon if the filings are taken at face value.

Funny how now we are having unmentioned companies drug into the fold as a possible acqisition candidate, when the information we do have does not even suggest this.

At the end of the day we have a few acquisitions that will be accretive to the bottom line, but the question as to how immediate they will add revenues sufficient to justify the current projections of marketcap at todays pps, is one we see folks would rather not answer succinctly.

But rather we are told to...call the ceo????

Excuse me, but if talking to the ceo is all you have to offer, then there is a problem indeed.

While talking to ceo's is a necessary evil, that is like asking the fox to tell you his sleep schedule and hen counts.

It is clear this is a R/m speculation play, so fine, I know the drill, just don't expect everyone to LOVE the koolaid, because basically the only question that seems to fly here is....what's the best flavor.

To put this correctly there is not, at least that I am aware of , 450 million "new" shares but a "total" after transaction to be around 414 million, so the "new " shares figure would be the difference of todays os and the 414 mill figures.

That said, this is a pile of new shares, and I would suggest that anyone thinking the pps afterwards will remain the same as today or that it will even go higher, had better have some pretty lofty revenue figures to back that idea up.

Sadly I don't see any thus far on this board.
