Matt! The chart may very well show impending KABOOOOMAGE but I do not think that anyone will argue that only GOOD NEWS will bring said KABOOOOMAGE” to fruition.

If a few days before December 18ths hearing, we see a docket where the meat has NOT been yet again rescheduled, I would expect considerable positive movement up to the court date. Then, if the Judge by some act of GOD actually judges (rules favorably on a few of the meatier items), KABOOOOMAGE may/should ensue!

what people need to realize we were offered $8 for a common share,so if anyone on this boards speaks bs about this co. is worth zero and that commons will be canceled is dreaming....we are better off now ,being they took the toxic debt ,which they actually made profits off of cause they jpm had the in that the gov't was going to buy those bad loans off the banks....we are golden
