Agreed. It is about drawing reasonable conclusions to invest (or not) in Zenergy. I think it more reasonable a reported deal for stock is bogus if the buyer pays 10X too much, takes a lesser stock he can not trade for a year at no benefit to him, and then has no sign of his shares for two months.
SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE and it takes a blind eye not to see it.
