According to ETrade the OS is 519.3M with 514.1M floating shares. Does not look like shares have increased. No dilution.

I rang the TA back in August and they said that they were not able (permitted) to release share info unless I was from the company. I was told that I would have to call the PDMI who would then contact the TA. I emailed PDMI several months ago, never got a reply.

Will be interested to see if their stance on declaring current O/S has changed. Thanks.

I see many people quoting various sources that the O/S is 519,251,922. This was the figure as of May 14, 2009 and reported in their latest 10Q. This is not the current figure, nor is it the figure from a couple months ago. Given their low revenue IMO there must have been some dilution since May. Sure the only way to find out for sure is to get in contact with the company or the TA but IMO it'll be closer to 700m+ now given their O/S history.
