Here's how it works, Ben.

If you believe a post violates the rules there is a link "Report TOS Violation. Youy click it and follow the instructions.

If you believe one of your posts was improperly removed, you go to http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/MyRemovedPosts.asp and follow the instructions there. Do not file a request for review of your post contained any content that qualified it for removal.

You don't keep reposting your removed posts, and you don't rant here about other posters because you are not sanctioned for their posts, but rather only for yours.

That would be ill-advised since it would only result in a summary judgment for costs and probable sanctions against you and your counsel for bringing a claim that in barred under federal law. Consult competent counsel.
