We have been talking to policemen today. There is an ongoing investigation into both Yingxia and Harbin Kangda Cactus concerning illegal fundraising activities. The policemen were unable to give details, but they gave us this advice: "If you invested money, come in and report it; If you are thinking about investing, better not." We confirmed that we were talking about the same Harbin Kangda, and we were told that the company was quite famous in the area.

Called the company again, we were able to get through with no problem, but the site is still blocked. So the business is still ongoing, but there are problems to be aware of. Hopefully the CEO is telling the truth, and Kangda comes out of this ok.

CSP, keep up the good work, we're all thankful for what you do. I'm going to watch this one from the sidelines because you've led the way to so many other great China stocks.

CSP it is very clear that this joker is tied in with Toyko Mess on the Yahoo board. IMO, this is not by coincidence and they have an agenda. Even when you have proven them wrong on many occasions they continue to concoct or distort the facts. Unfortunately, a few on the Emerging board are starting to question CKGT. Hopefully management will provide an update on the whole operation to include land purchase and the product launches. IMO, this is absolutely a homerun and exactly what dreams are made of.
