EC = Equity Committee for WAMU stockholders/shareholders. Wamuequity.org has been trying to establish an Equity Committee for WAMU stockholders/shareholders for some time now. However, since David Bonderman/TPG control 50.2% of common stock, there is a question as to whether or not an Equity Committee is needed.
