That someone is yourself. You can do it by setting a precise target and s/l before entering the trade, then let nature take its course (don't even look at it 'til the trading day is over).

You have to know where you are heading when you back the car out of the garage, instead of deciding when you find yourself barreling down Rt.66 at 80 mph searching for landmarks!
