Yingxia used to trade here as CYXI.ob, and is now on the pink sheets. There was a dispute between the Chinese shareholders and the CEO, Ms. Yingxia. In response, she shut down the company but there may have been some shady business dealings there.
Obviously, since they are in the same region of Harbin, and were both involved in Cactus farming, CKGT felt it was important to issue this statement back then that it had no dealings with Yingxia.
The other translation appears to be for a company related in some way to the UK AIM market.....I don't see any connection to Harbin Hainan Kangda which is the Chinese operating subsidiary of CKGT.
