Dilution
The process of making weaker or less concentrated.
A dilute or weakened condition.
A decrease in the equity position of a share of stock because of the issuance of additional shares.
An increase in the number of shares of a company's stock, causing the value of each share to decrease.
The number of shares increases when the company offers new stock to the public to raise cash; or when employees exercise their stock options; or when holders of convertible bonds convert their bonds to stock. Companies that can afford to will frequently buy back issues of stock to fight dilution. (WUCC/CPRK will never be able to buy back enuff to make a differance ever!)
CPRK pincher pinching again(lost .007 support)! dilution and tax write off fueling this IMO

CPRK Daily in pincher Mode..the square boxes show where the right side of the pinch is with the left side..tells me CPRK has a long ways to go! Lower than .005 is to be expected (bottom not confirmed)IMO
Key is the break and hold of .019. (one of two things that will take this out of pincher mode!)
