I don't know if I would use .25 though. Normally earnings are taxed and this quarter had a tax benefit gain, so even if you don't want to tax earnings which I would at least at q2 rate. You at least have to take out the benefit.
Taking Out tax beenfit: .22 eps
Taxing at q2 rates: .18 EPS
Taxing At normal 40% tax rate: .12 EPS
I would probably use the .18 if it was me. Either way still Probably undervalued, but I think using .25 might be a little too optimisitc in your analysis. I do not own a position in ROIAK, although ROIAK from a chart perspective is basing nicely in the low 2's my guess is it challenges it's old high in a couple of weeks if not sooner. Then again I have been wrong so many times before who knows? Just my opinion.
