What does this direct purchase 'say' about the likelihood of an IDX184 partnership announcement in 2009?

There are only five weeks left in the year and I presume that the pre-deal blackout period for insider trades is at least a month, so it’s reasonable to infer that an IDX184 deal in 2009 is unlikely.

The JPMorgan conference in mid January would be a great time for a partnership announcement.
